Yesterday, Monday 11/19/19, the first individual Smart Performance Mentorship took place in Cambrils. Given the demand for training of the highest quality and adapted to individual concerns and contexts, we conducted for the first time this training for an assistant from Canada, as a prelude to future collaborations in the form of online consulting, online training courses, development of projects of onsite collaboration onsite as Training Camps, Mentorships, and others of various kinds. Yesterday took place in Vilafortuny (Cambrils / Tarragona/Spain) the Course "Strength and Coordination: Performance and Prevention", organized by Smart Performance & Sport Science and carried out by Manuel Lapuente Sagarra, in which together with the attendees theey focused from a practical approach the scientific basis and the practical application of Strength training and its relationship with Coordination, oriented to the optimization of performance in specific movements, as well as an integrative vision of the main proposals.
