Yesterday, Monday 11/19/19, the first individual Smart Performance Mentorship took place in Cambrils.
Given the demand for training of the highest quality and adapted to individual concerns and contexts, we conducted for the first time this training for an assistant from Canada, as a prelude to future collaborations in the form of online consulting, online training courses, development of projects of onsite collaboration onsite as Training Camps, Mentorships, and others of various kinds.
The 5h Mentorship content was oriented to the training of the Force and Coordination in soccer players, from children to professionals, with elementary theoretical support and maximum practical applicability and experimentation.
